Once the details are agreed, a $175 refundable deposit locks the date off the calendar. Nothing is due on this page — I'll send you the payment details after your date is confirmed.
3 · WE SET UP + BUILD
The charm bar arrives, gets set up, and every guest picks a base and digs through the charms. Clasps and hardware get assembled for them on the spot.
4 · THE DEPOSIT COMES BACK
Meet or beat the $175 sales goal at the table and the full deposit is returned after the event. Come in under it and you cover the difference.

- It holds your date. The date isn't reserved until the deposit is in. Once it is, that day is yours and comes off the calendar.
- It's also the sales goal. $175 is what the charm bar needs to sell at your event — guest purchases at the table, plus anything you pre-purchase for them.
- Hit the goal and it all comes back. Sales that meet or exceed $175 mean the entire $175 deposit is returned to you after the event.
- Miss it and you pay the difference. If sales land under $175, the gap comes out of the deposit and the rest is returned. You're never charged more than the $175 you already put down.

THE MENU
Every base comes loaded with seven charms included. Add-ons — a name in letter beads, a 777LLL charm, a working mini digicam — are priced individually and always shown before you commit.
Checkout runs on the same secure bag as the rest of the shop, and the site's flat $6 per order applies — that's the pickup / shipping deposit every order carries. Pre-paid builds are brought to your event, so tell me on the form which date they belong to. Guests can always buy extras at the table on the day.

How much does it cost to book the charm bar?
Booking takes a $175 refundable deposit. It holds your date and it doubles as the sales goal for your event. If sales at the charm bar meet or exceed $175, the entire deposit comes back to you. If sales come in under $175, the difference between what sold and $175 comes out of the deposit and the rest is returned. See how it shakes out ✧
Is the $175 deposit refundable?
Yes. It's a deposit, not a booking fee — it's returned in full as long as the $175 sales goal is met or exceeded at your event. The only reason any of it is kept is a table that came in under the goal, and then only the difference.
What happens if my event doesn't reach $175 in sales?
You pay the difference, and it comes straight out of the deposit you already put down. Sell $130 and the goal is $45 short: $45 is kept and $130 comes back. Sell nothing at all and the deposit covers the full goal. Pre-purchasing a handful of pieces for your guests is the easiest way to clear the goal before the day even starts.
Can I pre-purchase pieces for my guests?
Yes — anything you want to cover is bought from the charm bar menu and paid for up front. Choose your pieces here and pay online right away, or list what you want on the booking form and pre-pay by invoice before the event. Either way, pre-purchases are paid before the charm bar sets up, and they count toward the $175 goal.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most parties, and longer is better for weddings, large events and weekends in spring and summer. Last-minute dates are worth asking about — cancellations happen, and the setup packs down fast.
Where does the charm bar travel?
Dayton, Ohio is home base and travel inside the Miami Valley ring — Kettering, Beavercreek, Oakwood, Centerville, Vandalia, Miamisburg and Huber Heights — is usually included. Cincinnati, Columbus and Springfield are travel-friendly and quoted with the booking. See the full service area →
